The category and the trophy will carry the sponsor’s name e.g. *Company Name* – Best Agile Project
Sponsor Profile Page
This is a dedicated landing page that includes the sponsor’s logo, company description, and contact details.
Slide Show Sponsor
The awards are split into two halves with the main meal of the evening lasting approximately 1.5 hours. A looping slide show of up to 10 minutes can be played on the main screens during this period. This will be played a minimum of 4 times during the meal.
E-shots & Social Media Presence
All e-shots and social media posts and distribution regarding the awards will contain the sponsor’s logo with a link to the sponsor’s profile page. Each e-shot and/or post has a collective reach in excess of 50,000 professionals
Awards Dinner Programme
The sponsor’s profile and contact details will be on the dinner programme.
Branding
The sponsor’s logo will appear on all marketing collateral for the event.
Presenting
A representative of your organisation will be on stage to present the award that you sponsor – your company logo will appear when this takes place on the screens and your representative will be officially photographed presenting your sponsored award.
A Table
The sponsor will receive a Standard Table to seat 10 persons. This is an ideal opportunity to invite clients and reward team members for their hard work.
Photography
Unlimited and unrestricted access to all official Awards photography.
Entry
Receive five entries into the Awards to distribute to your customers (please note these entries must be used by ‘end user’ organisations).

Pre-Awards
All Documentation produced and distributed during ‘call for entries’ and the promotional campaign for the awards, including all advertisements, email campaigns, correspondence with entrants, judges and partners will contain your logo and link to a dedicated profile page on the awards website
Regular exposure and announcements regarding the awards via 31 Media’s social media channels/handles will periodically mention your partnership (30k circ) and contain hashtags and links.
A company profile to appear on the awards website with contact information, weblink, and promotional information as provided.
Branding and prominent logo presence to appear on the awards website.
Full use of awards logo
Banner announcement welcoming you as a sponsor to the awards.
Your chosen category will be associated to your business with logo presence and link
Your sponsorship will include 5 category entries, that we ask and strongly suggest you provide to your customers.
i.e. The Best Project – sponsored by ‘Your Company Name’
During the Awards
Your company logo will be displayed around the event on screens, table plans, and on the ‘Welcome Slide’ that visitors view when they enter the main dining area.
Your company will be name checked at the beginning of the event by 31 Media’s CEO and where possible through the course of the evening.
Your company logo will continue to be displayed during the awards presentation where possible.
Your chosen sponsored category will carry your company logo on the main screens during the event and when your category presentation comes up.
A representative from your business will be invited to present to the winner of your category and subsequently have a professional photographer take images.
The trophy of your sponsored category will carry your company name.
Your company will be profiled in the dinner brochure to include logo.
Access for up to 10 people will be provided to the pre-event reception drinks.
A table of 10 will be provided to include a 3-course meal and a minimum half-bottle of wine per person.
Post Event
The winner’s announcement will contain your company logo and link to the profile on the awards website.
You will gain unlimited and unrestricted access to all awards photography.
You will have unlimited use of the awards logo.
Your logo, company profile, will stay live on the awards site until at least the end of January following the awards.
