  • Company logo will be displayed on holding slides on screen
  • 2x pull-up banners – one at the drinks reception area and one at the main dinner space near the tables, both to be branded
  • 10-minute Introductory welcome speech by a chosen representative
  • Closing remarks speech at the end of dinner by chosen representative
  • Sparkling wine on reception for 20 minutes, 3-course meal with petit fours including tea and coffee
  • The full list of attendees’ data will be provided 24 hours after the dinner, subject to GDPR rules.
  • The trivia cards will be given your branding or logo to identify their origin or ownership. They will be branded by you but printed by us on A6 cards.
  • You will come up with three themes and ten questions for every round. The questions should include software testing trivia as well as questions about the company. A representative will host the round.
  • Option to provide a branded gift for tables
  • Complimentary seats for up to 5 representatives which will be dispersed on tables with other seated delegates.
