Delegate Booking Terms and Conditions

If you are unable to attend the event for any reason please ensure your cancellation notice is put in writing (email or post) – the following timeframes apply for refunds

If your cancellation notice is received within 14 days from the date of the booking you will receive a FULL REFUND – no refund will be given thereafter, unless the event is cancelled by us. We reserve the right to move/change or amend the event date, venue, or programme without notice.

All booking forms and payments must be received 17 working days before the event takes place. For all booking forms and payments received after that date, a late payment/booking surcharge of 15% will apply to the total cost of the booking.

In all cases payments must be received prior to the conference taking place in order to gain access to the event.

The venue/date/timings/speakers are subject to change, sometimes at short notice and while we endeavour to contact all participants sometimes this is not possible.

Normally we will only send an invoice for 5 or more delegates, and on the agreement that the invoice must be settled on the same day the invoice is received.

These terms should be read in conjunction with our General Terms and Conditions
